Do I need to know anything about tech?
No. That's the whole point. You won't need to learn any tools or figure out how it all works. If you can reply to a text, you're set.
How much of my time will this take?
Very little. A short kickoff conversation to get started, then about one visit a month for photos and a few texts to approve posts and updates.
Do I have to post on social media myself?
Not on the Stay Active plan. We create the posts from your photos and publish them once you approve.
Do I own my website and accounts?
Yes. Your domain, Google listing, and social accounts stay in your business's name. If you ever leave, they leave with you.
I already have a website. Can you still help?
Yes. We can rebuild it, or keep what works and connect it to everything else. Either way, we take over the upkeep so it stops being your problem.
How long until I'm live?
Most websites go live within 1 to 2 weeks once we have your info and you've approved the design.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. We'd rather keep you because the work is worth it.
Do you only work with Redlands businesses?
We're based in Redlands and work with businesses across the Inland Empire and Southern California. Local first, always.
